Hello Everyone,

Breaking away from the trend of ruffles this month, I wanted to venture into the realms of fifty shades of orange – no pun intended ! I love the colour mandarin or orange or saffron or  tangerine or peach or papaya whip and as delicious and fruity it sounds, its just as refreshing to wear.

So this sunny beautiful day by the pier, I wanted to wear something that would reflect my love for summer, something revitalising and enlivening and what better than an structured orange jumpsuit and a light peach duster ?

So I decided to wear this 3/4 orange jumpsuit by Cameo Collective from FSHN BNKR, that sits snug by your waist and flares down your legs. This is one of those jumpsuits and mind you, with spaghetti straps – that you can wear with a plain white tee for summer or a turtle neck, ribbed bodysuit with a thick coat in winter, and you are the chicest thing in the town! The possibilities are just about -endless.

Here, I chose to dress it up with a flowy, lightweight duster by Fifth the Label. I personally like how it provides a bit of substance without overwhelming the jumpsuit and the two shades of the same family compliment each other in subtle, graceful way.

This time I wanted to go all out with my accessories.  The first and the most prominent being the bright multi strand necklace from Tilkah. The necklace being the brightest part of the outfit takes the whole ensemble a notch higher in the glam department – or so I think 😉 And a sleek ponytail with a golden hair accessory to arrive at a more polished look or save my hair from the wind wrecking havoc – we shall never know.

Finally addressing my circular, reflective, cinnamon coloured sunglass from Le specs, keeps my whole orange theme going.  The only thing perhaps breaking away from the orange prosaicness is my fringe, nude strappy heels from Belini.

The endgame – the bag – Coach signature mini Bennett crossbody satchel and my absolute favourite everyday bag. Period.

I hope you liked this month’s refreshing, peachy feature and I promise you won’t have to wait this long for the next one, coz its just that good.
